Do I need design experience to use Fontir?

No. Describe what you want in plain language, upload a reference image, or both. The AI handles the rest. The editor is there if you want to refine — but you don't need to.

How does pricing work?

Fontir runs on a credit system. Each time you upload a photo and generate a font, one credit is used. Credits are purchased in packs or included with a subscription, and unused credits stay in your account.

Why does each upload cost a credit?

Every generation runs a full AI pipeline that synthesizes a unique typeface from your image. Charging per upload keeps quality high and lets us pass compute costs on transparently, without ads or hidden fees.

What characters can I generate?

Every font includes the full Latin character set: A–Z, a–z, 0–9, and common punctuation. Extended character sets and other scripts are on the roadmap.

What if the generated font isn't quite right?

Regenerate any individual glyph without affecting the rest, or open the node editor to sculpt vector points directly. Full re-generations use another credit; single-glyph tweaks do not.

Can I use my fonts for commercial projects?

Yes. Every font you generate is yours to use — personal or commercial — with no extra licensing.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. Plans renew automatically and you can cancel or switch any time from your account. Credits already purchased remain available.

Do other users get the same font as me?

No. Every generation is unique. Your prompts and references produce a typeface no one else gets.

Can I re-download my fonts later?

Yes. Everything you generate is saved in your library and re-downloadable forever, regardless of your plan.
